RETURN POLICY
We hope your order exceeds your expectations, but if that’s not the case, we will gladly accept your return. To do so, please fill in the return form or send the request via your account within 14 days from receiving your order and make sure you let us know why, we want to make sure we impress you in future! We will then provide you with a return slip and an address label for your parcel. All returns need to be sent back to our UK address at the expense of the customer.
Please ensure the return arrives within 28 days from receiving your order and keep your postage confirmation until the refund has been issued. As you’d expect if the return hasn’t reached us, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
Once your return has arrived, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Delivery charges and cost of returns are not refundable.
We reserve the right not to accept a return if the goods have been worn, damaged or washed or do not include original tags.

We know that you will love out suits are therefore are happy to cover the cost of potential UK mainland return, should you not be 100% satisfied with your power look.
Returns are easy:
- Log in to your account and open the Orders Tab. Choose the order you want to return and click "Ask for a refund" or "Refund entire order".
- If you don't have an account use the return form link in the footer or click here.
- Fill in the return form or request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order and we will send you a free MyHermes label so you can drop off your parcel at the nearest MyHermes Parcel Shop or have it collected.
- Drop off your parcel within 5 days of receiving the return label.
- Ensure the items are returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags to qualify for refund
- Include your return reference in the package
- Once your return has arrived, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
- Keep your postage confirmation until the refund has been issued. If the items have not reached us, we will not be in the position to issue a refund.
- We reserve the right not to accept a return if the goods have been worn, damaged or washed or do not include original tags.
- Refunds are made to the credit card used for the original purchase and PayPal.
- Delivery charges and cost of returns are not refundable.

- Book a courier to our address including your return reference on the address label.
- The cost on international returns is at the expense of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked courier service. Delivery of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer, if the goods do not reach us, we will not be in the position to issue a refund.
- Clearly mark the return packages ‘British Return Goods’ as your returned items are not applicable to customs duties and taxes once they reach the UK.
- You can update the tracking reference on your return form.
