Although the material is machine washable we strongly recommend dry cleaning to for best maintenance and lengthening the life of your garment.

We charge a small fee for delivery of our items, which allows us to keep our prices affordable as the delivery premium is not included in the price of all our garments. You decide how many pieces you like, reducing the cost of delivery per item with the size of your order.

UK Delivery

We charge a flat fee of GBP 6 regardless of the size of your order. Our courier of choice MyHermes. Tracking will be available as soon as the order is dispatched (typically within 1-2 business days), delivery takes 1-4 business days (excl. Sundays) depending on the location within the UK. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number so you know where exactly your parcel is and when is due to arrive. MyHermes app also allows you to add delivery instructions for the courier.

From time to time the courier company may vary if we find one that can deliver your order quicker, however we will always confirm the courier company and tracking number when your delivery is dispatched.

Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)

We charge a flat fee of GBP 12 regardless of the size of your order. Sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service. The tracking number will be provided once your parcel is despatched.

Scottish Highlands and Islands

We charge a flat fee of GBP 6 regardless of the size if your order. Our courier of choice is MyHermes. Typically your order will be delivered within 2-6 business days. From time to time we may vary the courier that we use if an alternative provider can deliver your order quicker.

Ireland

Flat fee of GBP 9 with MyHermes, deliveries typically take 5-10 days. From time to time we may vary the courier that we use if an alternative provider can deliver your order quicker.

International

We ship worldwide and will choose the most competitive courier for your order. Most European orders will be shipped with with DPD. Expected delivery times will vary depending on the destination but most will be delivered within 2-7 business days. We may vary our default couriers if others are able to deliver quicker.

Europe – GBP 12

Singapore – GBP 25

Russia – GBP 30

Turkey – GBP 30

Rest of the world – GBP 48 (please contact us to request a shipping cost to a specific destination and we’ll do our best to reduce it).

Outside of the EU, any applicable import customs duty and taxes will be billed to the customer. We currently do not include VAT in our prices, therefore international orders are not subject to VAT refunds.

UK Returns

We know that you will love out suits are therefore are happy to cover the cost of potential UK mainland return, should you not be 100% satisfied with your power look.

Returns are easy:

  • – Log in to your account and open the Orders Tab. Choose the order you want to return and click “Ask for a refund” or “Refund entire order”.
  • – If you don’t have an account use the return form link in the footer or click here.
  • – Fill in the return form or request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order and we will send you a free MyHermes label so you can drop off your parcel at the nearest MyHermes Parcel Shop or have it collected.
  • – Drop off your parcel within 5 days of receiving the return label.
  • – Ensure the items are returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags to qualify for a refund
  • – Include your return reference in the package
  • – Once your return has arrived, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • – Keep your postage confirmation until the refund has been issued. If the items have not reached us, we will not be in the position to issue a refund.
  • – We reserve the right not to accept a return if the goods have been worn, damaged or washed or do not include original tags.
  • – Refunds are made to the credit card used for the original purchase and PayPal.
  • – Delivery charges and cost of returns are not refundable.

International Returns

Returns are easy:

  • – Book a courier to our address including your return reference on the address label.
  • – The cost of international returns is at the expense of the customer.
  • – We recommend using a tracked courier service. Delivery of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer, if the goods do not reach us, we will not be in the position to issue a refund.
  • – Clearly mark the return packages ‘British Return Goods’ as your returned items are not applicable to customs duties and taxes once they reach the UK.
  • – You can update the tracking reference on your return form.
  • – Parcel2go.com is a useful courier comparison platform which we use for managing your orders.
  • – Ensure the items are returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags to qualify for a refund
  • – We reserve the right not to accept a return if the goods have been worn, damaged or washed or do not include original tags or if the delivery has not reached us.
  • – Delivery charges and cost of returns are not refundable.

We follow strict quality control procedure at our factories and before shipping items to you. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we will exchange for the same item (subject to the item being in stock) or refund you with no additional delivery or return cost to you.
